I can't be exactly certain, but i've just checked my download usage for this month (Starts at the 17th of each month) and its well, have a look:

The funny side is the fact that it states i'm now surfing at 64kbps. I'm not. I still have full speed. (not sure why either, but i'm not going to complain, although they might)
