Postby Andrew Ewanchyna » Wed Nov 29, 2006 3:23 pm

Yes a new day, a new beta.

Here's a list of changes:
-Supernova bombs
-Chance of Indies joining losing side
-Added Novice mode (DEFAULT)
-Minor interface changes
-Updated help
-Added Meatboy Dogfood's maps (thanks Meatboy, extra credit ;)

Please provide me some feedback so we can move on to the online portion of testing. Christmas looms!!!!

thanks,
Andrew

Andrew
The new beta looks better but will not let me attack an Indie with a 2-3-5 against a 1-2-3 It tells me I have 0 HP and will not let me attack

Sounds like you haven't transfered any starship yet. Keep clicking on the star you want to attack to transfer ships to your attack fleet. Or use the right-click to transfer all from a given starship type. Hmm, this is documented. See the cursor overlay context-sensitive help.

Oh Yeah Baby. This works well! Like the new arrow color , it does not hurt the eyes. The super nova bomb works well be carful of that big killer fleet it will go poof :D Also having the indies join in adds great flavor to the single player game. I had my head handed to me buy not paying close attention to it and suddely had blue running amuck in my lightly defended back feild. Nice. Also fun to see my maps out for play.
