In Charge of planatary weapons development and control. Commands Alloted planetary sentry ships(ships are only alloted to this department by StarFleet) Builds orbital defence(Attack mines ect).

PDCD believes that at least 6 slots per planet should belong to Gal defense. In the atomic age that means 4 shields, one O weapon, and one D weapon. The exact configurations is up to you.

since Agamemnon isn't showing up, sol should have four plasma screens, one defensive laser, and one lightning beam. Scrap the pack rockets.
